The 20-year-old player has been part of Elfsborg since joining the Swedish team in August 2022.
The Kenyan international has made 13 appearances for the club, all in the Europa League.

It has been reported by Sportbladet that Elfsborg has decided to sell Ouma to Slavia Prague, with an announcement expected over the weekend.
The report states the Kenyan will be sold for 40 million kronor (470 million Kenyan shillings). It's reportedly finalized that he underwent a medical examination with Slavia Prague, and he is expected to make a formal introduction soon. Elfsborg will retain a 20% stake in any potential future sale.
Ouma joined Elfsborg in 2022, starting from Nairobi City Stars, and they signed him to a contract until 2027.

Ouma's transfer to Slavia Prague will be the joint most expensive purchase in the club's history. Hakon Valdimarsson's transfer to Brentford last winter and Emir Bajrami's move to Twente in 2010 each valued at 40 million kronor.
He has participated in two Harambee Stars qualifying matches for the 2025 AFCON, both versus Cameroon. He has eight national team appearances, according to Transfermarkt.
Slavia Prague is leading the Czech top division with 50 points from 19 games, seven points clearer than Viktoria Plzen who is in second place.
