
Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh, India, January 29 (ANI): Indian Space Research Organisation successfully launched GSLV-F15 carrying NVS-02 on January 29 at 6:23 AM from Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh. This marks ISRO's 100th launch from the country's space centre.
The GSLV-F15 is the 17th mission of India's Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle, and the 11th flight that uses a Cryogenic stage manufactured domestically. It marks the 8th operational flight of a GSLV with an indigenous Cryogenic stage. The GSLV-F15 payload fairing features a metallic design with a diameter of 3.4 meters.
