- Manchester United winger Marcus Rashford and his new coach Ruben Amorim are no longer reportedly in a state of good personal relationships.
- The England star has not taken part in any club games since December 12 and has been associated with a possible transfer this month
- Amorim expressed preference for selecting the 63-year-old goalkeeping coach over Rashford following their victory over Fulham.
There is reportedly a strained relationship between Marcus Rashford, a Manchester United player, and the club's manager Ruben Amorim.
The Portuguese coach made a recently contradictory statement claiming he would prefer to use his goalkeeping coach over the English star player.
A 27-year-old player has been associated with a potential transfer to another team, however he expressed his readiness to play when summoned.

The relationship between Rashford and Amorim seems to be on shaky ground.
According to The Guardian, the relationship between the two has become strained, with Amorim suggesting he would sooner choose a 63-year-old goalkeeping coach than a player who does not fully commit.
The report notes that Amorim and Rashford have a strained relationship and the coach typically only communicates with the player as part of the overall team.
Rashford has been absent from his boyhood club since mid-December, and Amorim typically does not hold personal conversations with him.
Following their narrow 1-0 win over Fulham on Sunday, Amorim was asked about Rashford.
We're in the same situation as every other team," Amorim said. "If players perform at their best and implement the tactics correctly, every player can be used. As we saw on the bench today, we lack a bit of pace to change the game, to make some substitutions, but I prefer this approach.
"I will put Vital on the bench beforehand than I put a player that doesn’t give their all every day, so that won't change.”
It seems that Dortmund, Milan, Juventus, and Barcelona have been eyeing the winger, but it appears he will remain with the club.
Rashford signed a new contract in 2023 following the best season of his career, during which he netted 30 goals, according to BBC Sport.
Will Marcus Rashford return to the Manchester United squad?
Mason Rashford has had difficulty finding his form since the beginning of the 2023/24 season, and has scored 11 Premier League goals thus far.
According to The Athletic, Rashford went out within less than 48 hours before Manchester United's 4-0 win over Everton and Amorim inquired about his activities.
He was disciplined by the club after numerous instances of poor behavior arose under Erik ten Hag's management. It appears the England international was unable to win Amorim's backing that he is prepared to take to the field.
He'll do it if he really wants it," Amorim said to Sky Sports. "It's up to him, he needs to want to play badly.
Rashford's message to Amorim
Reports have stated that Rashford made contact with Amorim after being left out of the Manchester United squad.
He stated his availability to play for the club and expressed no concerns with Amorim. His last appearance for the Red Devils was on December 12.
