We have all come together this morning on Sunday to support the cause against obesity. It was a joyful experience cycling around the India Gate today, reminiscing with our postal workers about many fond memories. The main issue we face today is our increasingly hectic lifestyles, and therefore, it's crucial to consume a balanced diet and healthy food to maintain good health.

India Post personnel demonstrated peak enthusiasm to spread the message of fitness throughout the country. The Sports Authority of India expressed gratitude to the Chief Post Master Generals of all states, including Delhi, for spreading awareness about the importance of fitness, health, and balanced diet among citizens.
In the past, the cycling event saw the participation of active duty Indian army personnel, the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), and the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) as well as notable sports figures, including Lovlina Borgohain, Sangram Singh, Shanky Singh, Nitu Ghanghas, Saweety Boora, two-time Paralympics bronze medalist Rubina Francis, and Paralympic world champion Simran Sharma. Additionally, several celebrities, such as Gul Panag, also participated.
