A program on Sunday featured a guest speaker who interacted with students and provided advice on how to handle exam stress and become a confident "exam warrior."

Vikrant, whose career experienced a significant turnaround following the release of his blockbuster film '12th Fail', shared three tips with students on how they can become an Exam Warrior for their upcoming board examinations.

He asked, "How can you effectively engage in a battle if you're not nourished and well-rested? Thus, take a break. Furthermore, grant yourself the benefit of the doubt that if you're unable to accomplish something, what can I do to improve. Continuously strive for growth. Lastly, and equally crucial, take time to have fun, disconnect, and pursue your interests. Acquire knowledge not just for academic purposes, but to truly succeed in life."

The actor urged the students to practice the "power of visualization," which, in his view, can aid in their success. He also emphasized the significance of journaling during his interaction with the students.

"We're all familiar with the process of mentally picturing things. Taking just 10 minutes a day to write down your thoughts and goals in a journal can be beneficial. Journaling can also be considered a form of meditation," said Vikrant.

The '12th Fail' actor also advised the students to be humble. He said,

Never be overly proud of achieving good grades. Keep your focus high and your attitude humble. This is very crucial. Study to succeed in life, not just to pass exams. Be gentle with yourself and if you don't meet your expectations, start again.

He also emphasized the importance of students being able to express their own desires to their parents when it comes to their future career paths.

"When children are under too much pressure from their parents' expectations, they can't grow and develop. Be open and honest with your parents. If they want you to become an engineer but you're interested in photography, tell them how you feel. With time, they'll come to understand and accept your decision, as all they truly want is for you to be happy," said Vikrant to a group of students.

In an interaction, Bhumi also stressed the significance of having a well-planned sleep schedule.

"I used to take a one-hour break every day during exams. I would go out and engage in activities like dancing and badminton. At the time, my main goal was to give my brain a rest. As a child, I never wanted to sleep. Now, when I'm filming, I quickly finish my lunch in 15 minutes and take a 30-minute nap. That 30 minutes of sleep helps me stay focused for the next eight hours of work," said Bhumi.

The actress shared her go-to advice on how to manage stress.

Be a warrior of life, not a worrier. Cultivating spirituality helps you stay centered and focused.
